Tasting Notes

A vibrant, expressive Sauvignon Blanc showing gooseberry, green apple and lime flavors. Brilliant acidity makes this a great wine for the table. Winemaker Rafeal Tirado planted vineyards in 1993 in volcanic and granite soil located at 1800 feet altitude. This Sauvignon Blanc is a step above the rest.
