I don't mess around when it comes to Poulsard. I take my thin skinned grapes seriously especially when they are made into pale hued roses like this one. Let's say I've been taking it easy with my wine consumption, not drinking every night of the week. Let's say I'm being extremely selective with what I spend my time with, with what I roll around my tongue. Now let's say this is the first bottle I've taken home in the last 2 weeks. I had it with Halibut. I had it with Sylvia Plath. I had it with garlic roasted potatoes. I had it with Zooey Deschanel. And it was fantastic.
