The Schlossberg vineyards are filled with slate but are also incredibly stoney in nature. This Riesling was fermented and aged in old wooden casks. This is a Riesling with delicacy and elgance - old-school, if you will - with aromas of stone fruit, minerals and a dash of sweet. The vines are 30 years old.
