A generous white wine that comes from 50 year old Menu Pineau vines planted on clay-silex based soils. Hand-harvested then directly pressed. The wine’s spontaneous fermentation lasts between 15 days and 1 month and remains on the lees the entire time with no temperature control. Aged for 30 months in old barrique; unfiltered.
