Tasting Notes

Made in the sparkling Pet Nat style, showing cidery flavors with bracing acidity. A blend of Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc that have been left in contact with grape skins to give the wine an amber color and subtle tannins. Cambridge Road Vineyard is a small, 5.5-acre estate in the esteemed Martinborough Terrace Appellation in the North Island of New Zealand.
