Tasting Notes

Named after a nearby forest creek, Filo di Seta ("silk thread") vines are planted at a higher elevation, 350 masl and are north-west facing. The yields are low and the wine is showing youthfully in spite of having aged nearly 4 years before release. Brunello from an excellent vintage that you can hold for decades.
