Tasting Notes

The Moutard has a long history of growing Champagne in L'Aube. The combination of warmer temps (relative to the Marne) and the clay-limestone, kimmeridgian soils make this an ideal growing area for Pinot Noir. This is an elegant and vinous rosé Champagne that was cellar-aged for at least three years.
