This is the winery's bread and butter Riesling so you can bet that the focus on quality is utmost. The grapes come from Spindler's vineyard holdings in Friedelsheim, Niederkirchen and Forst. The soils are a mix of sandstone and clay. The wine was fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for 6 months. Pfalz Rieslings are giving and all-around delicious.
