Tasting Notes

The Bambino bottling comes from a ten acre plot of vines planted on Old Hill in the late 1990s however Old Hill Ranch was founded in 1851 and was purchased by the stepfather of the current winemaker, Will Bucklin. Fermented with native yeasts with and then aged with a modest amount of new oak.
