A blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Meunier, this come from the "Les Grands Champs" vineyard in the village of Saint Thierry. Partial malolactic fermentation is allowed, and it is fermented with wild yeast. It is aged in concrete eggs and used barriques. This was disgorged in January of 2021. Pair with fresh warm hummus topped with fried chicken skin and plenty of olive oil.
