Wine made from grapes grown organically using natural composting techniques and special preparations of herbal sprays while following the astronomical calendar.

Tasting Notes

This comes from a single parcel of 55 year old vines called Les Blanches Voies. The vineyard was planted with selection massale and is still used for grafting in all other vineyards. After aging 10 months in oak casks and the second fermentation, the wine was aged sur latte for 80 months. This slow and deliberate aging adds to the marvelous texture and complexity found on the palate of this full-bodied Champagne.
