A blend of equal parts Tsitska and Tsolikouri from Imereti in Western Georgia. This dry amber wine is aged in the traditional qvevri buried in the ground. Named for a beloved local Tamada who passed away, his likeness in featured on the label. Toast to him while pairing this with chicken in a spicy blackberry sauce.
