A dry skin-contact white made in the traditional Georgian style in qvevri, which are called churi in Western Georgia. Tarasi carries on the family winemaking traditions championed by his grandfather Taras. Tsitska is indigenous to this part of Georgia, and will pair well with chicken Satsivi.
