A highly atypical Australian wine for sure, this is an experimental project that involves a basket of every grape grown from every region in the Ochota Barrels portfolio. Everything is cofermented, and herbs and botanicals from around the winery are gathered and steeped in the wine. Grenache, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Gamay, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, and Meunier meet lemon balm, sage, mint, rosemary, elderflower, and wormwood. Pair with a long and ethereal album on vinyl.
