This vixen from the vines is a blend of Quebranta and Mollar. A lush, fruit-forward skin contact white made into an orange wine from grapes commonly used to make pisco. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with wild yeast, and the wine spends 30 days on the skins. This medium-bodied, dry amber wine has light tannins. Works well with Papa con Ocopa.
