Staffelter Hof is one of the oldest companies in the world, cloking in at around 1,200 years of age. At the helm of this historic estate are Jan Matthias Klein, 5th generation winemaker, and Yamile Abad, cellar master and assistant winemaker. From the Paradies vineyard comes this slightly off-dry white that is bright and mineral, yes lush with stone fruits and a hint of cream. Pair with Peruvian ceviche.
