Tasting Notes

From one of the smallest Cru Bourgeois, the Dupuch family tends their vines in harmony with the surrounding flora and fauna. About 2/3 Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot, this dry red is aged in amphorae, foudre, and neutral oak barrels. Medium-bodied with dark fruit and a hint of spice. Pair with Beef Wellington.
