Tasting Notes

This Pinot Noir is sourced from the lieu-dit of Ez Crets, and La Maltroie signifies the location of a former necropolis on this site. The wine sees 12 months in oak, or which 25% was new. This dry red has aromas of red fruits, earth, and a savory note. Medium-bodied and structured, this is a great candidate for the cellar. Pair with duck rillettes and sour cherry aspic.
