Tasting Notes

From the only new distillery founded on Islay in 124 years comes this blend 3, 4 and 5 year single malt. Vibrant aromas of peat, brine soaked smoky bacon fat and creamy grain notes awaken the senses. Pungent citrus elements come intermittently. Bright and peppery on the palate with flavors ranging from some bitter chocolate to salted caramel wrapped in a coating of fresh smoke.
