Tasting Notes

This farm to glass distillery on Islay is really coming of age and they are set to become icons of the industry with their old school tried and true, sustainable methods. Made from 50ppm peated barley, the whisky was aged for over 8 years in 80% sherry casks and 20% bourbon barrels.
