Made from a blend of rums all aged exclusively in first fill American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels, Rum-Bar Gold has toned down the funk in favor of a slightly more tropical profile with notes of quince, plantain, star anise, guava, white tea, green peppercorn and caramel. Light and refreshing on its own reminicent of a solid Irish Whiskey, this rum will fit right in to your cocktails.
