Tasting Notes

Christian Venier works biodynamically, and his approach really shines through this white wine. A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from hand-selected grapes growing in a parcel of the "Carteries" vineyard, which has mostly soils of sand, silex, and clay.
