Staff Pick Notes

I am on a quest to find a great Cabernet Sauvignon. Similarities in terms of microclimates and geography between California and Chile, helped by a more modern viticulture and vinification practices, has lead Chile to produce Cabernet Sauvignon wines of excellent quality. Echevarria Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is one of them. Reserva in Europe is asociated with oak aging. Reserva wines in Chile are those that before vinification have gone through a careful selection of hand-picked grapes in the sorting tables, selecting only the most beautiful ones to make this magnificent Cabernet Sauvignon. Elegant, opulent, and complex, with Intense aromas and flavors of black currant, blackberry, black cherry and subtle notes of coffee and tobacco. This is just the beginning of my quest for a great Cabernet Sauvignon. I will keep you posted.

Today, Cabernet Sauvignon has a...
