General Return Policy

Unopened spirits may be returned for a full refund. Refunds on returned spirits will be issued in the original form of payment.

All sales are final on wines and sakés and they may NOT be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.

However, defective wines, spirits, and sakés may be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. See "I Think My Item Is Defective" for more details.

Bring your items back to Astor Wines & Spirits within 30 days of purchase, along with your original sales receipt. If your items were shipped or delivered, please call us at (212) 674-7500 to discuss your options.
