For our June cocktail we riffed on a 50/50 martini, showcasing some stellar summery ingredients. Our gin comes from husband and wife Sara & Uffe Skaaning Lind on the Danish Island of Møn, who use only botanicals grown on the island. This is mixed with Shochu made from golden chestnut sweet potato in Kagoshima, Japan.
