Tasting Notes

The Pierre Gimonnet winery creates focused, precise Champagnes that are centered around their chalk-base soils and Chardonnay. This comes from the a mix of both Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards with the majority coming from Cramant. Aged on the lees for 84 months before disgorgement.
