This Rainwater Madeira is aged 3 years in oak casks and is a young energetic expression. The hue is a shimmering golden copper, the nose is an enticing array of dried apricots and waxed vanilla fig. On the palate you get gentle waves of sun baked golden raisins with a tap dancing dissipation of toasted almond. Great for cooking or sipping as an aperitif. A 375ml bottle with this much taste of terrior is a "must half"! Insert rain dance here.
