Tasting Notes
Lillet White is a French apertif that has similar characteristics to wine. The aroma is gentle with hints of minerals and citrus. On the palate, there is acidity mixed with tart and hints of dry wine. Serve chilled for the best taste.

Staff Pick Notes
Lillet Blanc is one of the most famous aperitifs. It is made with Semillon, one of the main grape varieties in Bordeaux, blended with fruit liqueurs and macerated bitter green orange peels from Spain, Morocco, and Haiti. It has aromas of orange and honey. You can taste the same flavors on the palate plus tropical notes, spices, and herbaceous notes that are typical of aperitifs.
The best way to drink it, in my opinion, is the French way: chilled, on ice and with a slice of orange. Or you can make a Lillet "spritz" in a bigger glass with the addition of sparkling water. It can also be added to a Martini. Versatile and delicious!
