When Miho Fujita's father bought the Yuho Brewery, she never thought she'd end up President of the company. Their tiny operation employs four people and they are making some unconventional sakes. Not your typical saké and not for everyone, the Eternal Embers spends one year aging in bottle. Notes include bread pudding and creamy nuttiness. Serve at room temperature and store outside of the refrigerator.
