Made in small quantities from rare heirloom Balboa Rye grains grown on the Fogg Family Farm in Inidana exclusively for New Riff. This special grain used to be a staple in American whiskies over a half century ago. This current revival is a Bottled in Bond release aged a minimum of 4yrs and distilled from a mash of 95% Balboa Rye and 5% Malted Rye.
