The story of Villa Diamante begins far away from the vine-covered rolling hills of Irpinia, east of Naples. The estate started in 1996 with a husband and wife who settled in the town of Montefredane. It's no coincidence that they are surrounded by limestone soils which dominate their mere, 3 ha plot of Fiano di Avellino. This white wine was fermented with wild yeasts and after a year long resting period in cuve, where the wine naturally clarifies, the wine was bottled in a pristine state. Fresh, perfumed and delicious.
