This rum began its life in an ex-Cognac cask filled on November 25th 2014. After three years of aging undisturbed at the estates cellars on the island for 3yrs, the rum was decanted into an ex-Bourbon barrel in December 2017, and finished for an additional year prior to being bottled in 2018 at 102 proof. Concentrated yet still full of nuance, the herbal agricole notes we love are still there but transformed here into something new and very special. Available in very limited quantities.
