When they first started the distillery in Texas Hill Country, the brother's didn't think creating a whiskey like this would be possible. The fact that they've pulled off aging a whiskey for a full 8yrs in the intense enviornment of Hye and done it is custom crafted Limousin Oak Casks and that they whiskey is nearly perfect makes calling it an achievement and understatement to say the least. As always this was made from scratch at the distillery from local Texas grains. Limited to about 2,000 bottles for the world.
