Staff Pick Notes

The name Kaos made me think that this would be super weird or smokey, but really for me it just means super delicious. The crazy part here is just the blending of barely malt spirits with rye and malted rye spirits, which is not common. The end result really drinks like a wonderful young Scotch with super well-integrated smoke from the peat and heather used to dry the grains. Absolutely worth checking out!
