The tiny island of Lilleø off the coast of Denmark is ideal for growing orchard fruits. This dry cider is a blend of Williams pears and Bramley apples that are grown in the Vigmosegaard orchard. It is fruit-forward with a hint of funk, and is unsulphured. Pair with Frikadeller and cucumber salad.
