Providence Blanc Haitian Single Rum

Made by Herbert Barbancourt Linge at the newly minted Distillerie de Port-au-Prince from a pot distillation of slow fermented, organic fresh pressed cane juice and syrup, the rum is distilled to 144 proof and brought down to 56% abv prior to bottling. What could be considered over proof for other producers is remarkably balanced and allows this rum to explode with the incredible flavors these exceptional raw materials provide. You can sip it, mix it, have it how ever you want. One thing that is certain is that this is the real deal.
