Sometimes revivals are just that in name with no tangible trace of the thing or sense of history and place that is being brought back to life, so to speak. With R.M. Rose that is decidedly not the case. This 19th Century brand makes whiskey in much the same way it would have over a hundred years ago by selecting only the highest quality grains and fermenting in custom made open top cypress wood vats and distilling in custom hand made small copper pot stills. Aged a minimum of 4yrs prior to release and bottled from a single barrel, each with its own unique flavor profile.
