Featuring 10 botanicals- foraged sage, fennel seed, rosemary, and bay leaf, and locally sourced juniper, mastiha, lemon, orange, cardamom, and coriander, the distillate is from local sugar beet molasses. Robust, with citrus, herbaceous, and spice aromas, this will transport you to the far north of Greece.
