Uka Dry, Junmai Daiginjo

Item # 46908

A transpacific dry junmai daiginjo that spans the coast of Fukushima to the San Joaquin Valley of California. Koda Farms was established by a Japanese immigrant in 1910 to provide quality rice to California. Their Kokuho rice is milled in Japan down to 40%, and water from Mount Adatara is used to brew this sake. Pair this collaboration with California rolls and edamame.
