A dry Riesling made from grapes from Scheidterberg and Rauberg hills, this has 6g/L of residual sugar. The Saar region produces some of the world's finest Riesling, and the Lauer estate is a celebrated producer. Intense, yet lightweight and with great finesse, this has aromas of stone fruits and a hint of smoke. Pair with shrimp aguachile.
