Tasting Notes

From the highest parcel on Rüdesheimer Berg with almost barren soils, this rich and concentrated dry Riesling from the Kaisersteinfels vineyard warrants its great growth label. This intensely mineral and smoky, yet richly fruited, white spends 21 months aging on the lees, giving beautiful texture. Complex and ageworthy, this will pair well with Mangalitsa pork in Riesling mustard sauce.
