This is an example of Smooth Ambler getting back to what they do best - bottling some of the top single casks in the Bourbon category. Even more impressively this time it is from whiskey made entirely in house, with their #2 rye backed Bourbon mashbill. Aged for 6yrs prior to bottling, this represents some of their oldest liquid bottled to date and the complexity of flavors confirms that those were 6yrs well spent. Limited.
