This second release of vintage 6yr old Bonded Bourbon proves the point even more poignantly. Extremely limited & extremely good. The profile leans savoury with touches of sweet oak that turn into grilled peach, cherry pie, dark chocolate and a eye-opening spicy finish. Distilled Spring 2017. Bottled Spring 2023. Take your time sipping, this whiskey has some hidden depths.
