One of a trio of recent batches from one of the royal families of mezcal. There are certain producers where the standing rule is if you see bottles of their batches, buy them. The Ramos's are one example. Made from semi-wild Arroqueño agaves aged for a very long time prior to harvest. The mezcal is expansive and astoundingly deep with equal amounts of sweet and savoury notes.
