Another beauty grown out of the tuff soils of Cajkov, Slovakia! At one time in history, the ancient Sitno Volcano was the largest in Europe. After a violent eruption, beautiful tuff soils were formed from the volcanic ash, which hardened over time, creating a porous soil in which the Pesecká Leánka grape thrives. This grape has been linked to this land for generations, and unique clones have developed within the vineyards of Pivnica Cajkov. Princess is a delicate yet profoundly aromatic orange wine that showcases the pure beauty of this land and of this grape. Peach blossoms and juicy tropical fruits jump out of the glass creating a sense of happiness. This is a happy wine, one to enjoy with walnuts and sourdough, grilled fish, poultry, and veggies, according to founder Marek Uhnák. Most of all, enjoy it with friends and family!
