A very special and unique wine indeed, this dry white blend of Furmint and Hárslevelu is made from botrytized grapes. These grapes affected by noble run are pressed and the wine ages under a flor veil. Similar to a sherry, this ages in the volcanic caves of Tokaji. Pair this unique and nutty wine with mangalitsa ham.
