Sourced from some of the finest Rye Whiskey made in Canada, aruguably the world's most important distiller for this type of whiskey. The very high 91% rye mashbill was aged for 9yrs and finished in a trifecta of American Oak, Frnech Oak and Cherry Wood. Bottled at a natural cask strength. The whiskey is broad and buoyant on the palate with notes of fresh cinnamon, cocoa beans, espresso, ripe nectarines and deep vanilla. Limited release.
