Among the first Bookers bottled in the late 80s / Early 90s - the Batch numbers represet distillation dates. A very limited amount of these were done almost exclusively for Japanese market,which is where this bottle hails from, at the direction of Booker Noe himself. These legendary Brown Wax bottlings are firmly in the unicorn camp of collectible whiskies. Aged for 7yrs, uncut and unfiltered as always, the integrity of the wax is in remarkable shape, the whisky is a concentrated mahogany and the fill is above the neck. Bottle #18660 at 63% abv. These bottles need time to breathe after opening but then explode with that magical quality that has made this brand so famous.
