Bill Foley, a pioneer and legend of American Wine in his own right, takes that spirit to Texas, where his family where originally cattlemen, one of them, the namesake of this Bourbon. In that spirit, this Bourbon was made in Texas, from local grains, aged for a minimum of 6yrs and bottled at the high abv of 57.5%.
This is rich and delicious but noticeably different than anything you'll be quite familiar with in no small part due to the Texas pedigree. This really brings something new to the category and you'll happily notice it immediately on the first sip to the last.
