Eagle Rare Astor Select 10yr Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Our most recent single barrel from one of the most iconic labels for this style of whiskey, hand selected by us in the rickhouse at the distillery. While they age statement says 10 on the bottle, this particular barrel was filled on May 9th 2012 and aged for 11yrs and 4 months in Warehouse H, Floor 1 (typical for this brand), Rick 2. Aged in a custom char 4 barrel fashioned by the Independent Stave Cooperage and bottled on September 22nd 2023. Total yield for this barrel was a mere 156 bottles. A bold expression of this label that reminds us more of the legendary 17yr Antique collection expression than it does the regular flagship release. Perfect for Autumn.
